Affirmation in Support of Order to Show Cause

The Petition of David B. Young respectfully shows:

Your Petitioner resides at 336 Canal Street, New York, New York. On October 2, 1966, petitioner married respondent at Eastham, Mass. and that your petitioner and respondent lived together as man and wife until January, 1969. Respondent abandoned petitioner at that time.

As the issue of that marriage, there was born a certain child, namely Eliza Alys on October 5, 1967.
